I am trying to include information about who modified and created a line item in an email notification via a workflow. I have it all configured and it is firing as it should, but the "modified by" and "created by" quantifiers are returning the outlook alias name instead of the first and last name of the user (i.e. Modified By: "NAMalias").
Is there a way for me to force these fields to return the actual name of the user in the body of my notification email? I searched the forums, but could not find an answer that was suitable to this situation.
