I am usng K2 smartform for SharePoint 2010 list.
When I create a item in list using this smarform it shows that it is created by System Account which is not correct as it should say which user actually created it.
Could anyone please let me know if there is some settings which needs to be properly configured or if we can do something to get it fixed.

I belive this is a system bug, you can open a support ticket with K2 for more investigations.
Im not aware of any settings related to this area.
