Can I add an attachment to a document generation PDF?

I have a list item with attachments. I want to generate a PDF based off the list item fields and then append the attachments to the end of the PDF. Is this possible?

I tried looking into this and could not find a way to accomplish this. However, I found a feature request for this that you can vote on here:
