I'm trying to test out the Flexi-task reminder and escalation features but the reminders never get sent and the escalation never occurs. The workflow just stays stuck in that action as incomplete indefinitely. I am going to short delays to reminder and approval, only 7 minutes to first and only reminder and then 7 to escalation.
Otherwise emails, loops, pause for duration, state machine everything else is working fine.
Any ideas on how to fix or troubleshoot?
Have you tried with longer delays? 20 minutes for reminder 30 for escalation, for example.

Upon further investigation, the issue is only presenty in my dev environment. I tried it out on our admins dev box and it works fine. There is some configuration issue on my box apparently...
Length of time has nothing to do with it. On the other dev I can set escalation to 2 minutes and it will execute in 7 after 5 minute Safe Looping timer elapses.
Have you set Safe Looping in the same way?
