Hi,

is there a safe way to clean out all the data in the K2 database so that it is ready to use it in a production environment?

Regards,

Sam

Probably possible but not recommended. A far as I know any changes to the K2 databases invalidates the support agreement. Also, there is a lot of tables so you would have to workout the links betoween those tables and delete whatever you dont want. Timewise it would be quicker just setup a new database for production.

Why would you want to do this?  By doing that, you would destroy lots of process data, along with the audit trails created for that data.  One of the strengths of K2 is that completed process are left available for later auditing, verification and validation.
