Dear Experts,
we have an approval phase in one of our workflow.
Now we have a new requirement that, if the approver is not approvering the task with in 3 days. It has to be auto approved.
Please shed with me an ideas, how exactly we can achive this? how we can action the task?
My idea is to write an escalation to jump to the other activity, But is there any other best way to achive this?

Hi,
You configure an Escalation rule "Escalation After" for 3 days and you can choose GOTO Activity and point the next activty which will fire upon Approve actioned

But is there any way to define 2 conditions for an escalation of same activity?
Beacuse we already defined an escalation(Sending mail) for that activity, Do we can add one more escalation for the same activity?
If yes, could you please light with some ideas how exactly we can do that.
