How to convert SharePoint On Premise Nintex workflow to SharePoint Online Nintex workflow. Do we have any tool to convert the workflow that can help in migrating workflow with the proper related actions.

Because on-prem and O365 are two different products basically, I would do some pre-migration work and update your on-prem workflows to actions that will migration using Sharegate. Sharegate does have a list of all supporting actions. If an action isn't available in O365 than a placeholder blank action that would than just need to be updated. Sharegate is the best tool to move your workflows and forms to the cloud.
