Hi, I'm a newbie, so bare with me...I would like to capture the number of hours and minutes associated with someone's leave request. I have tried using the Time picker, but the value that is set is todays date. My goal is to have a field which captures hours and minutes and in a later application these hours and minutes will be used in lists to be calculated as total time taken in leave. Can someone please direct me to a resource which explains how best to set up forms to calculate hours and minutes. Thanks.

Hi Kyabra,
Please find the below details to get date and time in control .
1. Go to the dete control
2. go to the setting picker type on date control property
3. on configure picure type select Date and time then you will be able to select date and time on form.
4. Save the view annd run the form.

Thanks for replying. While K2 can format time as "8:30" this appears to be time-date continium in another words 8:30 am on 20 Sept 2016. I want to calculate Hours and minutes so 8:30 is 8 hours and 30 minutes. So will having a field formatted as time enable me to calculate hours and minutes or do I need to use a different formt?
