InfoPath -- 401 error

I have a InfoPath workflow setup and starts just fine via SharePoint form services within a browser.

 

The problem starts when the workflow reaches a client activity (InfoPath event).  The workflow instance shows up in the error profiles with the message "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized."

I have the K2 service account setup as a site collection administrator. Is there anything else I need to do?

How is the environment setup?  Is SharePoint hosted on a different machine than the K2 Server?  If so, you maybe dealing with a Kerberos delegation configuration issue.  This document is a great starting place:
