After upgrading my K2 environment from 4.5 to 4.6. I am having the following issues:


1. All my K2 processes intergrated with infoPath forms are returning this error: "Server was unable to process request. ---> List Item not found: Item ID ---> Input string was not in a correct format." i suspect the data mappings are failing.


2. Processes without infoPath intergration are working fine but the emails are not being sent to destination users and there is no error.


Has anyone encountered this? please assist.

When you say InfoPath based process do you mean your start forms are InfoPath? What data mappings do you have with the Lists?

As an add on to Jey's questions, how are you mapping your data fields?


Are the mappings to the Infopath library or with another list?


Also how do you start your process? with an Infopath form or with a list even? Therefore if someone create or edit list item or check-in etc a document into a document library?


On point 2 are you referring to task notification emails to your destination users or a mail event in your process.

One more question: which version of 4.6 did you upgrade to? 4.6 or 4.6.1 or 4.6.2 or 4.6.3
