In case anyone doesn't know, Salesforce has issued an advisory to let everyone know of an upcoming update for google chrome.
I tested the update through the instructions provided from the above link, and found that Nintex DocGen is affected by this update.
Are there any plans to combat this? Do I tell my users to switch to firefox until they also release that update? Then what?

My R&D teams have reviewed the details of the advisory. We have plans to resolve any issues prior to release of Chrome 80, currently scheduled for Feb 4th, 2020. To be safe, you could advise your users to switch to Firefox, or recommend that users do not upgrade to Chrome 80, until we release our updates.
Keep an eye on our Release Notes for any announcements regarding this.
