Save a copy of a K2 Studio Workflow as a different name?

Hi all,

 

Just a daft question here:

 

I have done a K2 Studio Workflow, but I want to make a copy of it and change a few thing on it to use in my project. (end up with 2 Workflows)

 

This is so that when i click on a form button, depending on a form paramter, I will either run one workflow or the other.

 

But in K2 Studio, I can only see the SAVE button, there is no SAVE AS button. I wanted to duplicate the Workflow to save time, as there is only a few things I need to change on the second workflow.

 

Any ideas?

 

Can you simply make a copy of the k2proj file and rename it in another folder? Or is there an easier way?

Hi,

 

The simplest would be to go into the file system and make a copy of the workflow.

Rename it accordingly, then go back into K2 Studio and add an existing item to your K2 project and select the new copy.

 

There is no other way I'm aware while using K2 Studio.

Thanks Johan, that worked.

I had to change the process name and deploy a few times to get it to work
