Symptoms


Dear ,

We have a problem with out of office functionality.

Out of office does not forward assign task to specified user.

 

Diagnoses


In an online meeting we reproduced the issue with a new process after checking the ActionerShare table it was found that it contained data values setting the date values to null rsolved the issue
 

Resolution

The issue was related to date values in the ActionerShare table where they should be null no fix is available yet. the current fix is to update the values in the ActionerShare table to null.
