I am on SharePoint 365 and currently struggling with figuring out as to why nintex is failing to send the authentication email for DocuSign. It throws an exception and workflow gets suspended. Anyone else come across this issue?
An exception occurred while processing request. Correlation ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx
I should also mention that all the other emails go through fine.

For those who are trying to fix this. it was dictionary that was not letting me go through I used a collection variable and it work. Also, another thing I have found and confirmed from Nintex is that first Authentication email takes a while to come to your inbox so hang tight for about 15 minutes and you will get the email if the Workflow still says Started.
