I recently uninstalled Nintex according to the uninstallation guide (available at https://community.nintex.com/docs/DOC-1017). However, we end up with an error that the content database which contains the Central Administration web application, is missing several Nintex Workflow and Nintex Form features.

Before uninstallation I checked that there were no site collections using Nintex (and they were located in different content databases anyway). I have deactivated Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow according to the uninstallation guide. I suspect I have to reinstall Nintex and try the uninstallation procedure again, but I would rather do it knowing that this time I have an approach that works and does not result in any errors.

Any advice? Perhaps additions to the uninstallation guide?

I have seen https://community.nintex.com/thread/11331, but there should not be any features left active unless the uninstall guide misses a step. Furthermore, I do not like to use third-party tools I do not know on my production environment.

Kind regards,

It is quite likely you have fallen foul of a bug with the health analyser

This site details the fix - simply navigate to the search administration pages, wait half an hour and re-analyse

This has always worked for me.

Thanks for taking the time to respond Graham. I am familiar with the issue. However, only Nintex-features are affected. Nevertheless, I gave it a try. Unfortunately, no results. Also, it corresponds with the uninstallation of Nintex whereas the issue you mention always seems to pop up at random times.
