Nintex workflow - send an email "[%Workflow Context:InitiatorUserId%]" shows i:0#.f|membership|

Hi all , 

As per topic seems weird that no matter which option i set for send an email for workflow context : intitator user id it will shows with " i:0#.f|membership|abc@domain.com "

You do not have to choose the "email address" format for the "send to".
I suppose you are speaking about the object of the email, because the advanced lookup is displayed for the "send to" and not the object , so I think you are configuring the wrong value.
Just remove the token and add it via "advanced lookup" and choose the format "Login Name"

there is no " advance option " for " to " collum and i can't remove the token as well as it is a mandatory field , it's weird as my other forms work as intended .

Well I am not sure to see the problem then.
Your issue is that in the email to sender is badly displayed or the subject.
(When I said "remove", I was meaning "remove it and add it again", but that was not your issue obviously).
