We have licensed nintex workflow for office 365. We use nintex workflow for office 365 for generating word document from a sharepoint online list data. The list has around 7 richtext fields. When the richtext fields has raw data, the document is generated without any issues. But when any of the richtext field contains link ( https://www.testinglink.com) , then this document generation workflow fails and it is suspended.
The error message is --> There is a problem with the syntax of one or more hyperlinks or mail to links in the document. Data Invalid) (Error Id: 283e8e0e-cb2e-4c15-b807-7bf49c63d262) .
Please help me in resolving this.
