@SherryH can you provide a screenshot of what you are attempting to do or what tab/ribbon you are referring to?

Thank you for your reply. Task form, which was responsive form. I created a customized permission level: "Contribute No Delete".
First "assign a task action" (to a group of users) was erroring out as, workflow uses task approver to delete/ cancel the task for rest of approvers and let them know the task has been taking care of.
I had to use action set and add the " assign a task action" in that action set and run it by elevating permission.
So it would not use the approver permission, but uses the nintex workflow permission.
Still users see delete btn on their task form but they cannot really delete any task or any item from list.
