NIntex Forms: Random Date formatting issue

Hi everyone,

I have de custom Nintex Forms en a French Site collection hosted on a US SharePoint Server (itself on US Windows Server)

This forms has a Date Time Field. Most of time, the date formatting applied is in french (dd/MM/YYY) wich is great.

But Sometimes, the date formattin is in US. I could'nt determine why this users are mis-formatted (No correlation about the Device).

Is this a known issue? What are the best practices about this local settings for a Nintex Forms?

I'v alreday check the local setting on the site collection and the Web Application : they are all set in French.

I think it depends on regional settings in sharepoint user profil page.

I d'ont think so, I have mis-formatted forms issued from user where no regional settings is set in their profile.

Hi.

Sorry, I missed this notification. I could not find the final answer,but we figure out that it was related to Free Ram issue on the Web server.

Once we increased the available Ram on the server and introduice more regulars IIS Pool Recycling, then problem less appears.

But times to times, it come back anyway.
