View flow looks fine when window is not maximized. Once maximized, page goes completely blank and elements only appear when cursor passes over them.
I'm using Silverlight (5.1.50906.0) with IE11.

This is most likely going to be caused by either the screen resolution or some kind of browser setting. Try a different browser and see if you have the same exact results. This is at least a place to start troubleshooting.

The last and least likely thing that could cause this is a K2 worker process on the server that is at high memory usage. I have had to restart the service because of this type of issue. We finally got tired or restarting the service once per week so we created a script that uses windows timer service to do it for us every night.

I have a dual-monitor setup and I noticed the issue only takes place on the monitor that I don't have my Windows 10 taskbar showing. If I hide my taskbar on my other monitor then the issue takes place there as well.
I will continue to troubleshoot and report back any findings.
