To my query: wouldn't it be helpful if there was an option for a caption below an image? Specifically, if you have more than one image per activity, it's hard to know what's behind a thumbnail.

I agree that captions would be useful in that scenario. The best place to request features is UserVoice as we a lot of other clients go there to place their own suggestions and vote on ideas they'd like to see implemented. We regularly check for new ideas and update the status of ideas there too.
