Hello.

So I am trying to add a simple exchange event to my workflow to send a calendar invite to our mail server when a Smartform is submitted.

1). Added the K2 Exchange Broker Config within the SMO Services Tester (screenshot).
                -Tried changing to static, error.

2). Added the Exchange Event to my workflow (Screenshot)
                      -Cant drag over item references

I believe that Is hould have a 'Exchange calendar' Broker but I do not see this.  Is this not an option in K2 version:  4.12060.1690.2?

These Exchange Integration Smartobject are usually generated when Standard/Administrative Exchange integration is configured.  You may need to re-run K2 blackpearl Setup manager with Configure option to enable these integration:

Thanks tin!

When I try to click Discover on the EWS URL exchange server configuration part of the K2 blackpearl installer - I get an error (attached)

I am not very familiar with Exchange but know enough to make sure everything is connected correctly.

The installation will use the K2 Service account to autodiscover the Exchange Web Service (EWS) url; it looks like it is failing to do so.  Please also ensure that the K2 Service account have the needed permission in Exchange, also as per the documentation:

If it is not able to determine the EWS url, this URL can also be manually specified to proceed.  The EWS url can be determined using you local outlook application as per:

Thanks again for your inputs!

Just to be clear, I have the EWS url but i get an error when adding it manually as well.  I am assuming it may be a permissions issues.  I w ill speak with our exchange admin and double check.
