Open URL in a specific browser

Hello,

Is it possible to force a URL to open in a specific browser, by using the rule Navigate to URL?

We are using a form in IE but then we need to open an application that only works with Mozilla Firefox.

as far as I know, this only possible with Microsoft Edge browser, see the following links:

I do not think is possible to open another browser via another as broswers do not have capability to launch other applications.
