Update word document content control title values in SharePoint online using K2 designer workflow

Hi All,

I have MS Word document template in SP library with content type fields and that templates should be updated by using K2 workflow.

This can be achieved in Nintex workflow by using component "Update Document", is there any similar component in K2 workflow to accomplish this.

Please find the attached image with some variables

I am using K2 with SharePoint.

Good day @sthurangi,

I would kindly highly recommend that you Use the Add Document to Library step to add or upload a document to a SharePoint site. Use the Add Document to Library step as follows:

Because if you have made a clean installation of your K2 five than the upload document will not work as it’s legacy tools and legacy tools do not come and work on clean installations of the product.

However should you have upgraded from 4.7 to K2 five than the recommended way is to try SharePoint Documents wizard, using the "Upload Document" option as specified here.

Is this can be applicable in SharePoint online with K2 (cloud). I am unable to get the SMO of "Add document to library" or Upload document in K2 five.

I think it should be applicable.
