Some type of Admin Tool to allow an admin to modify submitted forms

Hello,

Looking for ideas on some type of Admin Dashboard? We have a couple forms that we use(1 for Timesheet, 1 for Safety Incident Reporting). Lately we have been having to fix alot completed forms that people submitted. Either they selected the wrong item from dropdown, they mistyped something, or they submitted it by accident and request to have it removed.

There is no easy way of doing this currently as far as i can see. The only option we have is to modify our database directly, which is not an ideal solution.

It would be awesome if there was some type of K2 Tool that Admins could use, that would allow an Admin to go in, and change things on Forms that were already submitted via some type of GUI.

Any ideas would be helpful!
