Server refused to connect & No Service Instance Definition

Hello,

We've deployed our solution without problems but when we try to open the first task appears this error message.

If we deploy our workflows again, the error dissapears but workflows are not working properly. The second task, from another workflow, fails and appears this error message:

No Service Instance definition : Service Instance : [BPM_SQL]. Service Object : [dbo-Factura]. Method : []

Could anybody help us, please?

Thanks

Regards,

Virginia

Hi  @Virginia;

Could you please clear browser cache, and confirm your ssl certificates are up to date,

Edit the Service Instance(remap your service instance https://community.k2.com/t5/K2-Blackpearl-Forum-Posts/Unable-to-find-the-Service-Instance/td-p/88948) and update it service instance ,restart the  K2 Service.

Additionally:-Ensure that correct access permisions are allocated to relevant personal.

Should you find find the above information useful,kindly Mark such as "Accepted Solution and/or Kudo", to assist other community members with similar issues.

Hi,

Service Instance : [BPM_SQL]. Service Object : [dbo-Factura]. Method : [] service instance error is related to a mismatch in service definition between the source and target environment. I would start by checking if the SmartObject created from dbo-Factura object can run outside of the workflow (i.e. execute the SmartObject in Management site). It might be a permission issue, when you registered the [BPM_SQL].. service instance in target environment, did the account have the same setup as your source environment?
