Problem in the Exported Excel File

hi,

 

I'm getting this error in Excel when opening the file that was generated using the 'Export to Excel'.

I looked at the xml file and it did point to some data issue on the cells that had to be repaired. I'm thinking of just purging my table of all the data. But before I do that, can anyone help confirm that it is because of some bad data and not something else?

Hi  @AaronAbe ,


 


It could be related to the server culture settings. if your server regional settings is non-English, could you try logging in to the K2 server using the K2 service account and change the culture settings to English?

Also, update the designer/runtime web.config 


 


K2K2 smartforms DesignerWeb.config
and
K2K2 smartforms RuntimeWeb.config
