I'm trying to update from v4.1 to v5.0, but I'm stuck in the Component window and can't proceed.
1. I arrive at this step, and click Next.
Is there something I'm missing?

Could you upload a screenshot of the components currently installed from Control Panel > Programs and Features? Also, see if you can find any error information in the InstallerTrace log which should be located in %Temp%K2 Setup Log.
