Hi Dumisani,

I saw that post, however is this achievable on K2 Management site?

Thanks

Hi LuyandaDaki,

When asking whether is this achievable from K2 management site are you referring to that this can be achieved by using the K2 management site only?

If so the answer is no because an application database in SQL Server is kindly required to host the stored procedure.

Could you please elaborate further on the question of is this achievable in the K2 management site.

Hi  @TheDon54 ,

It might be helpful to enable SmartObject logging and then inspect the ServiceBroker logs to see if there is detailed information regarding the error. You may refer to the instructions on the KB article: https://help.k2.com/kb000298

Hi  @TheDon54 ;

I came across this read,  on how is't achievable at management site(https://k2blackbelt.wordpress.com/2018/01/16/how-to-get-smartobject-data-into-excel/),  i hope it helps someone ou there!

Hi All,

I figured it out, on the SmartObject Service Tester, I created an Excel Import Service SMO and added a button to import. On the rules I call the Excel Import Service SMO and in the Input I passed the SmartObject name (you have to type it for it to work e.g Excel_import_Service_SMO, yours will not look like mine) then drag the File attachment. Done!!!

Thanks
