How to enable the user to double click on an entry instead of clicking the edit button?

How to allow the user to double click on a row in a list and then open that entry up for editing?

Can you be more specific on what list this is? If  its from a K2 Designer Form/view then using an editable list view will allow for a double-click edit function.
