Hi,
Normally I used to have a link to worklist item in reminder emails so before K2 5 upgrade I used to manage by configuring serial number from process Instance ID and Activity instance destination ID but after upgrade when I am trying to do the same the it is throwing error at compile time.
So can anyone of you please help me getting the serial number in reminder email.

Perhaps Reminder tab documentation would solve your problem. You can configure send a reminder and redirect task to someone else.

The worklist item link and Serial Number fields will be available out of the box in the context browser for reminder emails in the next release. K2 Five 5.2 / K2 Cloud Update 6.
