Does Azure Active Directory integration need K2 on-premise accessible via internet to consent?

All the configuration and access have been meet as per requirement but i'm still getting this error during the Azure AD consent. Do i need to make the K2 Url accessible by internet?

I have done all the step and verify all the  URL are correct as in the Management and Database but still receving the error.
