Allow access to System Folder in designer

Hi,

We are working with K2 Five with different users. As we are using the new Workspace we need access to System Folder to allow publishing of pages but in designer this sections only appears for K2 Installation account.

How we can share access to this folder with a base user with permisions to Designer?

Also we are trying to limit acces to K2 Designer, we created a role to allow access but if we Deny access to "Everyone" group, the access is denied for everyone and if we break inheritance and only allow access to our custom role everyone can access to designer.
