Symptoms
Receive the following error when running workflow with SmartObject event that executes a load method which returns XML data then assign that data into Process XML data field. "Expression must evaluate to a node-set."
Diagnoses
The issue has been identified as a bug in the product and will fixed in the future release.
Resolution
The workaround is to assign the result XML from SmartObject into a String data field first then using a separate data event to transfer value of that string data field into the xml data field then that seems to work ok.
