Symptoms
we have performed the database migration with In-place K2 Blackpearl upgrade. After upgrade we recieve following error on SSRS side:
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Query execution failed for dataset 'Phases'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
Invalid archive type
Diagnoses
We noticed that SourceCode.Data.SmartObjectsClient.dll in the reporting services for MS SQL installation was outdated. We suspect that it could have been due to an unsuccessful upgrade for the reporting services.
Resolution
The following was done to resolve the issue:
andgt Copy the dll SourceCode.Data.SmartObjectsClient.dll
from
C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlBin
to
C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL Server{MSRS11.MSSQLSSRS = SSRS version}Reporting ServicesReportServerin
andgt IISRESET
andgt Reporting Service restart
andgt K2 Hostserver service restart.
