K2 Connect Machine Key Not Displayed

Symptoms


When configuring K2 connect server license, the machine key field value is empty.
 

Diagnoses


The K2 Connect service was configured to Log On As Local System Account (Administrative Tools > Services).
 

Resolution

After changing the K2 Connect service to Log On As the K2 Service Account, the Machine Key was able to display.
