Symptoms
User hit error when the workflow execute a smartobject method using smartobject event.
The error as below:
Method not found: 'SourceCode.SmartObjects.Client.SmartObjectReader SourceCode.Workflow.Common.HostedServers.SmartObjects.ExecuteListReaderMethod(SourceCode.SmartObjects.Client.SmartListMethod)'.
I tried to use SMO Tester to execute the smartobject is working fine, so the issue now is during workflow using smartobject event.
Diagnoses
- Development and staging environment is on 4.6.11, but production environment is on 4.6.7
Resolution
Please upgrade your production environment to the same version as development/staging environment.
