Doing a trial with Nintex forms and workflows. Using rules on the Nintex form, trying to set values for choices based on previous choice (radio buttons).
If Column 1 = Yes, Then Column 2, Column 3, & Column 4 = Yes
Seems simple enough but have not found solution in online communicates so far.

Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, you cannot use the rules to set the value of another field. This can, however, be accomplished with JavaScript. See here for examples:
