I was in the K2 designer editing a smartform. Drag and drop from the context browser was very slow, so per K2 consultant recommendation I decided to clear cache to see if it would improve the response. I clicked Finish to save the form, then in my browser clicked Refresh. Now, my form is no longer available in K2 Designer. It looks as if it was deleted. I searched for it in various ways, and browsed the folders and searched the SQL server repository form.form table, but to no avail.
Resolution
The stored proc Form.mRevertToVersion was used to map the form back to a previous version. The Form was then accessible via the user's 'Recent Items' category.
