We have a requirement wherein we have to reopen the closed request and process again from start. Can anybody help on how to achieve this.

it is NOT possible to restart a completed workflow instance.

I think this is a reasonable question and have a similar requirement. I understand that you cannot reopen a closed workflow (although it would be useful to be able to), but was wondering if anyone had created a workaround in the past... I'm thinking of something like a tool to create new workflows with the same values as the closed process and move it onto the relevant stage...
