K2 Mobile android has error "java.io.ioexception:download failed, http response code 403-forbidden"

 After I configured and click to "Synchronize" menu, I got the error "java.io.ioexception:download failed, http response code 403 - forbidden"
  That's wiered for me because I can go to the url "http://myBlackPearl.mydomain.com:81/K2Services/WS.asmx" in my PC with IE or Chrome. but it cannot synchronize from my Galaxy Note 3. he error doesn't enough information to let me find out the solution.
   Here is my configuration in K2 Mobile
   Requires SSL : I'm not checked.   Server Name: myBlackPearl.mydomain.com   Port Number: 81
   User Name: mydomainmyName   Password: mypwd    Sync on Start: I'm not checked.
   Currently my IIS:

    - It is in the intranet zone (not in DMZ or extranet zone), should it in DMZ?
    - I'm not implement the SSL yet, should I implement it?
please help and guidance me in step-by-step

Our Mobile team has gotten back to me regarding your issue. The 403 response you are recieving could be related to a incorrect service path that was entered into the config screen. Please can you confirm that the correct webservice relative path has been entered in to the settings (see attached image).


 


Another possibility for the 403 error is that Basic Authentication is disabled on the server. If the webservice relative path is correct, and the issue persists, Please enable Basic Authentication on the server side and try again.


 


Lastly can you confirm for me if there is a firewall rule that could be blocking access?
