Soon to be fixed: List Item Attachment links in Nintex Forms currently cannot handle single quotes in the file name

If you have items where several already uploaded attachments render as broken links in Nintex Forms due to a single quote used instead of an apostrophe in the file name (bad practice, but do the end-users care?), there's good news to come. Nintex Support engineers have confirmed the intention to handle this as a defect, so the fix for this particular instance might be on the way soon. That's less likely for a plus sign which can be a problem as well if not URL-encoded, because they are entirely a different problem, but who knows.

Actually, the single quote is not prohibited for file names, but strongly discouraged, because few developers of XSLT transformations or JavaScript, etc. remember to properly encode such strings for further use in various custom components.

I haven't verified yet, but it must already be fixed since May 2015 release (NF 2013 2.6.0.0). Yes, some implementations are behind the release schedule...
