Error when opening worklist item

I am getting the message "Worklis titem could not be opened. 2411 K2:username from ipaddress is not allowed to open the worklist item with SN=69-31.

 

I have gone into the management console and made sure that Domain Users has Start and View rights in the Process Rights section of the workflow.

Hi,

 

1. What are you using to open the worklist item? K2 API, K2 workspace, worklist control in form?

 

2. Are you able to see and open your worklist item in K2 workspace?

I was using the link provided in the email that was sent from K2.

 

I initiated the workflow. Neither myself or my manager can open the workflow.
