BizTalk Integration - Getting Object is already delete

I'm trying to add a BTS_Orchestration event. I get into the wizard and select the K2.net Worklist for the BTS protocol. I continue on and try to create the receive location. It lets me add the port, then I go to add the location. When I hit OK I get a popup with the error "This Object is already deleted. It is not valid." I don't get any other errors in the event log.

This is the first time I'm trying to do this outside of the K2 class I took. I'm following the instructions that came in the class materials. Does anybody know what this error is referring to?
