When I select a specific textarea field the Contains" option is missing after I save the page."

I am unable to search on this field.

    TextArea fields are not searchable in SOQL.  This is a core Salesforce limitation. 

    You can search on these fields using SOSL - but this will require you to search on all text fields in the record,  which may return false positives…
