Two buttons rendering is not working Properly

In page title we have added two buttons which change the status of a pick-list value(Open and Closed). When Status is Open ,we are rendering three table section having edit mode When Status is Closed,we are rendering another same three table section having read mode At a time only one button we will be able to see either Open or Closed. and when we start click the Open button or closed button it is rendering the section properly along the Open and close button rendering in the page title. After some time rendering in the page tile is not working properly,its showing both open and close button or its simple hang until we refresh the page.
