I know this question has been asked before, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any creative ideas.
Is there any way to display table data in columns, versus rows (and have the rows be the field labels)?

The creative idea is a custom table view, written in Javascript. Here is a basic primer on the custom views. The tutorial will not solve your exact use case, but it shows the hooks and tools you could use to code a solution:
