Right align Spark navigation

Is there way to right align the navigation items in Spark?  

Also, I can’t find a way to make the navigation font bold.

Hi John

At the moment the navigation does not offer alignment. Hopefully it will soon.
You cannot change the font weight of the navigation text only the font size.
