I have one picklist that based on selection renders a responsive grid viewable or not - it works. I have another picklist that does not work. The difference is the second picklist is based on a global value set. Is that a problem.
I now think it has anything to do with global picklists.

+10I have been unable to reproduce this problem. You imply in the video that you are experiencing this intermittently.
Are you able to create a basic reproduction page with standard objects where it does not work?
