Actually - we are no longer selling the Native Mobile App capabilities. There were some technical hurdles that we were not resourced enough to get across, and so we are not continuing development on this tool right now.
In fact - when I saw your post I asked Josh (or docs guy) to take those instructions down.
Sorry about that.
We continuie to recommend using the Salesforce Mobile App, or thier Mobile Publisher for delivering SFDC oriented mobile apps. Many customers have had good experience with that angle.
